We want to be transparent in saying that, while we are committed to your privacy, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for any breaches, except in cases of our own negligence.

Taxes & Duties

Kritikon Khamsawat is not responsible for any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties, or surcharges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Since we cannot determine the exact amount of these charges, we encourage customers to check with their local customs office before making a purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you refuse to pay any taxes or duties required by the destination country.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Once your package has been handed over to the third-party postal service, Kritikon Khamsawat is no longer responsible for any loss or theft. We take great care to ensure that all items are in perfect condition and securely packed before shipping.

We recommend that customers track their shipment using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

Shipping

Each item is made-to-order by Kritikon, and it typically takes 4-5 weeks to craft your bag. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Note: We can only provide services at the standard shipping rate. This means that your order will be shipped using our standard delivery method, which is reliable and cost-effective.

Within Australia:

Returns

Returns:
Ordered items can only be returned for repair. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your item, and the item must be in the same condition as when it was originally sent. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the item before removing or disposing of any original packaging.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@kritikonkhamsawat.com with a description of the issue and include clear images of the item.
  2. Shipping Method: We advise you to send the item back using a registered form of Australia Post or a recognized courier service. This will ensure that your return is securely tracked.
  3. Tracking Information: Be sure to retain the tracking number for your records.
  4. Postal Costs: Please note that all postal costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Email Confirmation: Once you have sent the item back, email us your proof of send package and tracking number so that we can process the repair return promptly.

 

Repair Timeline:
After receiving your faulty item, please allow 4-5 weeks for Kritikon to complete the repairs after receiving your package.
